IRC Properties Inc. is a publicly listed real estate development corporation established in 1978, with extensive landholdings of approximately 2,158.7 hectares in Binangonan, Rizal. The company specializes in affordable mass housing projects and residential subdivisions catering to homebuyers with Pag-IBIG financing. The company was formerly known as IRC Properties, Inc. and changed its name to Philippine InfraDev Holdings Inc. in July 2018, expanding into infrastructure development while maintaining its core real estate business.
