Pryce Properties Corp. (now Pryce Corporation) is a property holding and real estate development company incorporated on September 7, 1989. The company is primarily engaged in the development of first-class memorial parks and the sale of memorial plots. It operates 13 memorial parks across Mindanao's major cities including Cagayan de Oro, Iligan, Davao, Zamboanga, and other strategic locations. The company is also a parent to subsidiaries including Pryce Gases, Inc. (engaged in LPG distribution and industrial gases) and Pryce Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
