Pueblo de Panay, Inc. (PDPI) is the developer of Pueblo de Panay Township, the largest township development in Central Philippines with 670 hectares. A subsidiary of Sacred Heart of Jesus Prime Holdings, Inc. (SHJPHI), the company has over 3 decades of experience in real estate and property development in Northern Panay Island. Since 1992, they have sold close to 10,000 residential and commercial lots, house and lots, and condominium units. The township is masterplanned by Surbana Jurong of Singapore and features mixed-use developments with commercial, residential, industrial, educational, IT-BPM, government, and hospitality sectors.
