Addu Homes Xavierville (Loyola Heights Subdivision)

ADDU Homes Xavierville, also known as Loyola Heights Subdivision, is an affordable housing project developed through a partnership between Pag-IBIG Fund, Ateneo de Davao University, and Realty Investments, Inc. Located in Sitio San Pedro, Catalunan Grande, Davao City, this project was specifically designed for employees and staff of Ateneo de Davao University. The subdivision offers 135 housing units and 14 open lot units with market value of approximately PHP 700,000 available at a discounted price of PHP 480,000. The project is part of the government's Countryside Housing Initiative (CHI) and supports the BALAI (Building Adequate, Livable, Affordable and Inclusive) Filipino Communities Program, making homeownership accessible through Pag-IBIG's Affordable Housing Loan Program with interest rates as low as 3% per annum.

Catalunan Grande is a residential barangay in Davao City with a population of approximately 41,171 (2020 Census). The area features a mix of residential subdivisions, educational institutions, and commercial establishments. The barangay has good access to public transportation, schools, hospitals, and shopping centers. It is located in the Talomo District and is approximately 7 kilometers from the main Diversion Road, providing convenient access to the city center and surrounding areas.
