Trusted developer; maganda po ang construction ni Borland and very considered sa kanilang buyers. Hindi mahigpit in terms of improvement and commission is always on time.

In 19 years, siguro ang ratio is 1 out of 10 yung may mga reklamo. In general halos lahat ay mga positive ang feedback. Dahil aside from very affordable ang project natin, quality and walang mga hidden charges.
