Deca Homes Gensan 2

Deca Homes Gensan 2 is a large-scale socialized housing subdivision developed by 8990 Housing Development Corporation under President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.'s Expanded Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program. Located in Barangay Apopong, General Santos City, South Cotabato, the project will feature 7,430 house-and-lot units upon full completion, spread across 498,600 square meters (approximately 49.86 hectares). Homes are offered under the Pag-IBIG Fund's subsidized home loan, making homeownership more accessible to middle and working-class families in the Soccsksargen region. The development includes open spaces, parks, basketball courts, and community facilities designed to foster organized, safe, and livable neighborhoods. The first batch of completed units was turned over to buyers in March 2026. With 600 units sold in just four months of launch and a construction rate of 200 units per month, Deca Homes Gensan 2 is one of the fastest-moving affordable housing projects in Mindanao.
