Location is very good. Near grand Hyatt hotel, st Luke's, landers, s&r etc.. the condo is clean, safe, well maintained and have lots of amenities. Staffs are very courteous and helpful. All condos are small but with balcony. Rooms, sala, kitchen n dining area is small but the bathroom is big n spacious.

Location is noisy, wet, and dirty. Sidewalks aren't good. There's no waiting zone or loading area for deliveries. Property management is also unhelpful if you're trying to move in or out. So much bureaucracy.
