Strategically located near my place of work in Makati and accessible along other parts in Metro Manila. It is a peaceful community with proactive management. Plus a reasonably priced property that you can own within the center of the city.

I love how Sunny Ridge Residences is easily accessible to public transportation and is in Mandaluyong, right next to Makati and Manila. The ambiance is very relaxing and quiet, making it family friendly and a great place to live. It's a home we can enjoy at the end of a long tiring day.

A good location and having a place in the metro but away from the city noise is a big plus for me. The overall management, staff and security personnel are approachable and professional.

I'm very thankful that Sunny Ridge allows pets to live here, that's a BIG plus for me as it was hard to find a gated and pet friendly property. The surroundings are cleaned regularly and the units are built in a way that I don't hear my neighbors.
