Surigao Memorial Park-Expansion 5A is a private memorial park and cemetery expansion project located in Barangay Cagniog, City of Surigao, Surigao del Norte. The expansion includes modern mausoleum and columbarium facilities featuring multiple garden sections, cremation services through its subsidiary Serenity Hills Services Inc., and comprehensive memorial services. The park is the first and only private cemetery in Surigao City, operated by SEC-registered Surigao Memorial Park, Incorporated since 1987. The expansion project features premium memorial lots, mausoleum crypts, columbarium niches for cremation urns, and beautifully landscaped garden areas dedicated to various saints including Area 3 (Garden of Andrew), Area 4 (Garden of James), Area 6 (Garden of Nathanael), and Area 7 (Garden of John).

Barangay Cagniog is a suburban area in Surigao City, located in the northern tip of Mindanao.
