Trusted developer; maganda po ang construction ni Borland and very considered sa kanilang buyers. Hindi mahigpit in terms of improvement and commission is always on time.

So far sa experience ko in 19 years, siguro ang ratio is 1 out of 10 yung may mga reklamo, yan yung mga hindi nakikinig ng mabuti sa briefing. In general halos lahat ay mga positive ang feedback. Dahil aside from very affordable ang project natin, quality and walang mga hidden charges.
