Facebook Ad Campaign Management for Real Estate Teams Philippines: Monitor, Edit, and Scale Property Advertising
Online advertising through Meta Platforms generates the majority of property inquiries for Philippine brokerages, but launching a campaign is only the beginning. Agents and team leads who cannot monitor performance, pause underperforming ads, edit targeting on the fly, or duplicate winning campaigns waste budget on traffic that never converts to actual property viewings. Without a centralized campaign management dashboard, real estate agents toggle between Facebook Ads Manager and spreadsheets, losing hours that should go toward closing deals.
iRealtee gives real estate teams a purpose-built campaign management interface where every Facebook Ads campaign can be monitored, paused, edited, duplicated, and troubleshot from a single table—no need to leave the platform. Combined with meta-ads-campaign-creation for launching ads and meta-ads-reporting for deep analytics, the management dashboard completes a full-cycle digital marketing workflow designed for Philippine brokerage operations. The Campaign Dashboard
The campaign dashboard is the central hub where agents and team leads monitor every Facebook Ads campaign running under their ad account. Accessible at Marketing > Campaigns, the dashboard presents all campaigns in a sortable, filterable table that surfaces the metrics brokerages need to make quick advertising decisions for their property listings.
Each campaign occupies a single row in the table. The default columns visible on first load give agents an at-a-glance summary of spending, results, and delivery status without overwhelming them with data they do not need every day. Agents who want deeper performance data can toggle additional columns from the column settings menu, revealing engagement and cost-efficiency metrics that inform optimization decisions.
Default Campaign Table Columns
The table displays eight columns by default, each serving a specific purpose in the daily campaign review workflow:
| Column | Description | How Agents Use It |
|---|---|---|
| Toggle | On/off switch to pause or resume delivery | Quickly stop a campaign that is overspending or restart one after budget approval |
| Name | Campaign name (click to open the report; hover to see the rename pencil icon) | Identify campaigns by project name, property, or target audience |
| Status | Color-coded badge showing the current campaign state | Spot issues instantly—red for errors, green for active, gray for paused |
| Type | Badge displaying "Web Form" or "Messenger" | Distinguish lead-form campaigns from conversation-based campaigns |
| Results | Number of purchases (Web Form) or conversations (Messenger) | Measure actual conversions, not vanity metrics |
| Cost/Result | Average cost per conversion | Compare efficiency across campaigns targeting different properties |
| Spend | Total amount spent to date | Track budget consumption against allocated marketing funds |
| Budget | Daily budget amount | Confirm each campaign is set to the intended spend level |
The Results column adapts its label based on campaign type. Web Form campaigns display purchase conversions tracked through the Meta Pixel, while Messenger campaigns display the number of conversations initiated with prospects. This distinction matters for brokerages comparing the cost-effectiveness of landing page funnels versus direct messenger engagement for different property types.
Additional Hidden Columns
Power users managing multiple campaigns across several property projects benefit from the hidden columns that reveal deeper performance data. Toggle these from the column settings icon in the table header:
| Hidden Column | Metric | Why It Matters |
|---|---|---|
| Impressions | Total times the ad was displayed | Gauge overall campaign visibility in target locations |
| Ad Reach | Unique people who saw the ad | Understand how many distinct prospects your campaign touches |
| Clicks | Total ad clicks | Measure interest level before conversion |
| Click-Through Rate | Clicks divided by impressions times 100 | Evaluate how compelling your ad creative and copy are to viewers |
| Cost Per Click | Average cost per click | Benchmark against industry averages for Philippine real estate ads |
| Ad Frequency | Average times each person saw the ad | Detect ad fatigue—high frequency means the same people see your ad repeatedly |
| ThruPlay | Video views to completion or 15 seconds | Assess video ad engagement for property walkthrough content |
| Cost/ThruPlay | Average cost per completed video view | Evaluate video campaign efficiency |
| Created Date | Date the campaign was created | Sort campaigns chronologically for reporting periods |
Monitoring ad frequency deserves special attention from Philippine real estate teams. When frequency climbs above 3.0, the same prospects are seeing the ad multiple times without converting. This signals either audience saturation in the targeted location or creative fatigue. The solution is either expanding the location targeting, refreshing the ad creative, or pausing the campaign to reallocate budget.
Searching and Filtering Campaigns
As brokerages scale their advertising across multiple property projects, the campaign list grows quickly. The dashboard provides four filtering mechanisms to help agents find specific campaigns without scrolling:
| Filter | How It Works | Use Case |
|---|---|---|
| Search bar | Type to search campaigns by name | Find a specific project's campaign instantly |
| Status filter | Dropdown to show only campaigns with a specific status | View only Active campaigns during daily review, or only Error campaigns for troubleshooting |
| Type filter | Dropdown to show only Web Form or Messenger campaigns | Compare performance across campaign types |
| Date Range filter | Select a date range to view metrics for that period | Analyze last week's performance or a specific promotional period |
Active filters appear as removable badges below the toolbar. Click the X on any badge to clear that filter and return to the full campaign view. Combining filters—such as showing only Active Messenger campaigns created in the last 30 days—enables precise campaign analysis without switching to a separate reporting tool.
Date range filtering is particularly valuable for brokerages running time-bound promotions like pre-selling launch events or property expo follow-up campaigns. By setting the date range to the promotion period, agents see metrics that reflect campaign performance during the event window rather than lifetime averages that dilute the data.
Understanding Campaign Statuses
Every campaign in the iRealtee dashboard displays a status badge that tells agents exactly where the campaign sits in its lifecycle. Understanding these statuses prevents confusion when campaigns behave unexpectedly and helps team leads diagnose issues during their daily advertising review.
Statuses transition automatically as Meta processes campaigns. A newly published campaign moves from Publishing to In Review to Active without agent intervention, but certain statuses like Error or Paused require manual action to resolve. The following table documents every possible campaign status, its meaning, and the recommended agent response:
| Status | Badge Color | Meaning | Agent Action Required |
|---|---|---|---|
| Draft | Gray | Campaign saved in iRealtee but not yet submitted to Meta | Open the campaign to complete setup and publish |
| Publishing | Blue | Campaign is being submitted to Meta's servers | Wait—this usually takes a few minutes. No action needed unless it persists beyond 30 minutes |
| In Review | Yellow | Meta is reviewing the ad content against their advertising policies | Wait—Meta's review typically completes within 24 hours. Ensure ad content complies with Meta's advertising policies |
| Active | Green | Campaign is live and delivering ads to the target audience | Monitor performance metrics daily. Adjust budget or targeting as needed |
| Paused | Gray | Campaign temporarily stopped by the agent or team lead | Resume when ready by toggling the switch or using bulk actions |
| Updating | Blue | Changes made in the edit drawer are being applied on Meta | Wait—the campaign temporarily pauses delivery while Meta processes the updates |
| Partial | Orange | Some ads within the campaign are active while others are still in review or have errors | Check individual ad creatives via the three-dot menu > View Creatives to identify which ads need attention |
| Completed | Gray | Campaign reached its configured end date and stopped automatically | Review final performance in the report. Duplicate the campaign if the promotion needs to continue |
| Error | Red | Campaign failed to publish or encountered a technical issue | Check the inline error message. Use the three-dot menu > Retry Publish. If the error persists, review ad content and ad account status |
The Partial status is unique to campaigns with multiple ad creatives. When an agent uploads several images or videos during campaign creation, Meta creates individual ads for each media item. If Meta approves three out of five ads but flags two for policy review, the campaign enters Partial status—delivering the approved ads while the others undergo additional review. This is normal behavior and does not require immediate action unless the flagged ads remain in review for more than 48 hours.
The Updating status appears whenever an agent saves changes through the edit drawer. During this period, ad delivery pauses temporarily while Meta processes the modifications. This typically takes a few minutes but can extend longer if the changes involve new ad copy that requires a fresh policy review. Agents should avoid making multiple rapid edits to the same campaign, as each save triggers a new update cycle that resets the review process.
Understanding the difference between Completed and Paused helps brokerages maintain clean campaign management. Completed campaigns reached their natural end date and cannot be resumed—they must be duplicated to restart. Paused campaigns were manually stopped and can be resumed at any time with a single toggle click. Team leads reviewing campaign lists should archive completed campaigns and only keep active or paused campaigns in their primary view.
Pausing, Resuming, and Bulk Operations
Campaign management for a busy Philippine brokerage means controlling dozens of campaigns across multiple property projects simultaneously. iRealtee provides both individual and bulk controls so agents can manage one campaign at a time or apply actions across many campaigns in a single operation.
Toggle Switch for Individual Campaigns
The fastest way to pause or resume a single campaign is the toggle switch in the leftmost column of the campaign table. Click the on/off switch on any Active or Paused campaign, and the status updates immediately. This is the go-to method when an agent spots a single campaign overspending during their morning review or receives approval to restart a previously paused promotion.
The toggle switch only appears for campaigns in Active or Paused status. Campaigns in other states—Draft, Publishing, In Review, Updating, Completed, or Error—cannot be toggled because they are either not yet live or require different resolution actions. This prevents accidental interactions with campaigns that are mid-transition.
When an agent toggles a campaign off, the status changes from Active to Paused, and Meta stops delivering ads within minutes. Toggling it back on resumes delivery, though it may take a short period for Meta's ad delivery system to ramp back up to the previous delivery pace. Agents should not toggle campaigns on and off repeatedly in short succession, as this disrupts Meta's delivery optimization algorithm and can reduce campaign performance.
Bulk Actions for Multiple Campaigns
When brokerages need to pause all campaigns for a specific property project, resume campaigns after a budget cycle renewal, or clean up old campaigns, individual toggles become impractical. The bulk actions system handles these scenarios efficiently:
- Select campaigns using the checkboxes in the first column of each campaign row
- A selection bar appears at the top of the table showing the count of selected campaigns
- Click the "Bulk Actions" dropdown to reveal available operations
- Choose the desired action from the menu
| Bulk Action | What It Does | Common Use Case |
|---|---|---|
| Pause Selected | Pauses all selected Active campaigns | Budget freeze across a property project; end-of-month spend control |
| Resume Selected | Resumes all selected Paused campaigns | New month budget approval; restarting after a promotion pause |
| Delete Selected | Permanently deletes all selected campaigns | Cleaning up test campaigns or outdated promotions |
The selection bar displays the exact count of selected campaigns, preventing accidental bulk operations. Click "Clear" to deselect all campaigns if you selected the wrong set. Delete operations always trigger a confirmation dialog before execution, as deletion is permanent and cannot be undone—deleted campaigns are removed from both iRealtee and Meta.
Bulk actions respect campaign status rules. If you select a mix of Active, Paused, and Completed campaigns and choose "Pause Selected," only the Active campaigns will be affected. Completed and already-Paused campaigns are skipped without generating errors. This makes it safe to select all campaigns and apply a bulk action without worrying about invalid state transitions.
Practical Bulk Operation Workflows
Philippine brokerages commonly use bulk operations in these scenarios:
| Scenario | Workflow |
|---|---|
| End of marketing budget cycle | Select all Active campaigns > Bulk Pause > Review performance > Resume top performers when new budget is approved |
| Agent leaves the team | Filter campaigns by agent name > Select all > Note campaign details for reassignment or deletion |
| Property project launch week | Resume all Paused campaigns for that project > Monitor daily > Pause underperformers after 3 days |
| Quarterly cleanup | Filter by Completed and Error statuses > Select outdated campaigns > Bulk Delete to keep the dashboard clean |
Maintaining a clean campaign dashboard improves the daily review experience for team leads. Deleting campaigns that served their purpose and have been fully reported on prevents the table from becoming cluttered with irrelevant entries that slow down searching and filtering.
Editing Live Campaigns
One of the most powerful aspects of iRealtee's campaign management is the ability to edit live campaigns without recreating them from scratch. The edit drawer provides access to campaign settings, ad copy, and media through a slide-out panel that opens from the right side of the screen. This enables agents to adjust targeting, budgets, messaging, and creative assets while the campaign continues to run.
Opening the Edit Drawer
To edit a campaign, click the three-dot menu (three dots) on any campaign row and select "Edit". The edit drawer slides open with three tabs: Settings, Ad Copy, and Media. Each tab focuses on a different aspect of the campaign, and changes in each tab are saved independently.
Settings Tab
The Settings tab controls the campaign's operational parameters—the elements that determine where, when, and how much budget the campaign uses:
| Setting | What You Can Change | Impact on Campaign |
|---|---|---|
| Campaign Name | Rename for better organization | No impact on delivery; helps with team communication |
| Daily Budget | Adjust spend using preset tiers (Starter ₱100, Standard ₱300, Growth ₱500, Premium ₱1,000) or enter a custom amount | Meta adjusts delivery immediately to match the new budget |
| Location Template | Switch between Whole Philippines, OFW, or Custom | Changes the geographic audience—may reset delivery optimization |
| Custom Locations | Add or remove specific cities, regions, or countries | Fine-tune targeting for specific property project locations |
| Excluded Locations | Add or remove areas to exclude | Prevent ads from showing in irrelevant areas |
| End Date | Set, change, or remove the campaign end date | Campaign auto-completes on the specified date |
Click "Save" after making changes. The modifications are pushed to Meta in the background, and the campaign briefly enters the Updating status while Meta processes the new settings. Budget changes typically take effect within minutes, while location targeting changes may require a longer optimization period as Meta's algorithm adjusts to the new audience.
Adjusting daily budget is the most common edit operation for Philippine real estate teams. When a pre-selling project receives strong interest during launch week, agents scale up the budget from Standard (₱300/day) to Growth (₱500/day) or Premium (₱1,000/day) to capture more leads while demand is high. Conversely, when a project nears sellout, agents reduce the budget or add an end date to prevent overspending on a project with limited remaining inventory.
Ad Copy Tab
The Ad Copy tab uses the same interface as Step 5 of the campaign creation wizard, giving agents full control over the messaging that prospects see. This tab is essential for A/B testing new messaging angles without creating entirely new campaigns:
- Primary Text — Edit up to 5 variations of the main ad body text (max 4,096 characters each). The primary text appears above the media in the Facebook feed and is the longest piece of copy prospects read.
- Headlines — Edit up to 5 headline variations (max 255 characters each). Headlines appear below the media and serve as the attention-grabbing hook.
- Messenger Settings (Messenger campaigns only) — Edit the Messenger Greeting (the first automated message prospects see) and Ice Breakers (quick-reply buttons that guide the conversation).
- AI Generation — Click the sparkle icon to generate new copy variations using AI based on the campaign's original description. Use the Expand button to make short text longer, or the undo icon to restore a previous AI-generated version.
When saving ad copy changes, a confirmation dialog warns: "Updating ad content will temporarily pause delivery while Meta reviews the new creative. This usually takes a few minutes." The campaign enters Updating status during this period. Agents should batch their copy edits—making all desired text changes before clicking Save—rather than saving after each individual edit, as each save triggers a new review cycle.
The AI generation capability within the edit drawer means agents do not need to write new ad copy from scratch when refreshing their messaging. Generate multiple variations, review and personalize the output, then save. Meta's delivery algorithm automatically tests the new variations and allocates more delivery to the best-performing combinations.
Media Tab
The Media tab manages the visual assets—images and videos—that appear in the campaign's ads. Each media item is displayed as a card showing the creative along with its associated ad:
| Action | How It Works | Confirmation Required |
|---|---|---|
| View existing ads | Each media card shows the image or video with its ad details | No |
| Add new media | Upload a new image or video to create an additional ad in the campaign | Yes — "A new ad will be created with this media and your current copy. Meta will review the new ad." |
| Remove an ad | Click the delete button on a media card to remove that ad permanently | Yes — "This will permanently delete this ad and its media from your campaign on Meta." |
Adding new media is the primary method for refreshing creative assets in an existing campaign. When property walkthrough videos or new unit photography becomes available, agents upload the new media directly through the edit drawer. Meta creates a new ad within the existing campaign, preserving all performance data and optimization history from the original ads while testing the new creative against them.
Removing underperforming ads concentrates the campaign's budget on creatives that actually generate results. If the meta-ads-reporting dashboard shows that one image generates a cost per click three times higher than the others, removing it lets Meta allocate that spend to the better-performing creatives instead.
The Updating Status During Edits
After saving changes in any tab, the campaign transitions to Updating status. During this period:
- Ad delivery pauses temporarily while Meta processes the modifications
- The campaign row in the dashboard shows the Updating badge
- Once Meta finishes processing, the campaign returns to Active status and delivery resumes
- If the changes involve new ad copy or media, Meta performs a fresh policy review before reactivating delivery
The updating process typically completes within minutes for budget and targeting changes. Ad copy and media changes may take longer due to the required policy review. Agents should check back after 15-30 minutes to confirm the campaign has returned to Active status. If it remains in Updating for an extended period, check Meta Ads Manager for any policy flags or issues.
Duplicating and Scaling Successful Campaigns
When a campaign performs well—generating property inquiries at a low cost per click and strong click-through rate—the natural next step is scaling. iRealtee's duplication feature creates new campaigns pre-filled with a successful campaign's settings, enabling agents to replicate winning formulas across different properties, locations, or audiences without starting from scratch.
The Duplication Flow
Duplicating a campaign follows a straightforward process:
- In the campaign table, click the three-dot menu on any campaign row
- Select "Duplicate"
- The campaign creation wizard opens pre-filled with the original campaign's settings: campaign type, daily budget, location targeting, description, media, and ad copy
- Modify any settings you want to change for the new campaign
- Walk through the wizard steps and publish as a new, independent campaign
The duplicated campaign is entirely independent of the original. Changes to one do not affect the other. This makes duplication safe for experimentation—agents can test new messaging, different budgets, or alternative targeting without risking the performance of the proven original campaign.
When to Duplicate vs. When to Edit
Knowing whether to duplicate or edit an existing campaign is a critical decision that affects both budget efficiency and performance data integrity:
| Scenario | Recommended Action | Reasoning |
|---|---|---|
| Changing the budget on an existing campaign | Edit | Preserves optimization history and performance data |
| Testing new ad copy for the same property | Edit (Ad Copy tab) | Meta tests new copy variations within the existing campaign's optimization |
| Promoting the same property to a different location | Duplicate | Different audience requires separate optimization; keeps original data clean |
| Launching a similar campaign for a different property | Duplicate | Different property needs its own performance tracking |
| Refreshing creative assets for an active campaign | Edit (Media tab) | Adding new media to an existing campaign lets Meta compare performance directly |
| Scaling a winning campaign with a higher budget and broader targeting | Duplicate | Broader targeting fundamentally changes the campaign; preserve the original as a benchmark |
| Restarting a Completed campaign | Duplicate | Completed campaigns cannot be resumed; duplication is the only option |
Scaling Strategies for Philippine Real Estate Teams
Duplication enables several scaling strategies that Philippine brokerages use to grow their advertising impact:
Geographic expansion: A campaign performing well in Metro Manila can be duplicated and retargeted to Cebu, Davao, or Pampanga. Each duplicate gets its own performance data, allowing agents to compare which locations generate the most cost-effective property inquiries.
OFW audience testing: Duplicate a successful domestic campaign, switch the location template to OFW, and test whether the same property appeal resonates with overseas Filipino buyers. OFW audiences often respond differently to messaging that emphasizes investment returns and rental income versus lifestyle benefits.
Budget tier testing: Duplicate a campaign running at the Standard tier (₱300/day) and set the duplicate to Growth (₱500/day) or Premium (₱1,000/day). After a week, compare the cost per result between the two. Higher budgets do not always produce proportionally better results—sometimes the Standard tier hits the optimal efficiency point for a given audience size.
Campaign type comparison: If a Web Form campaign for a property project performs well, duplicate it as a Messenger campaign (or vice versa) to test which conversion method resonates better with the target audience. Some property types—particularly luxury condos—convert better through direct Messenger conversations where agents can provide personalized responses, while mass-market units may convert more efficiently through structured lead forms.
A/B testing through duplication provides the clearest performance comparisons because each campaign operates independently with its own metrics. This approach produces more reliable data than editing a single campaign repeatedly, where changes to targeting or copy muddy the performance timeline.
Troubleshooting Common Campaign Issues
Even with a streamlined campaign management workflow, agents encounter issues that prevent campaigns from running properly. The following guide covers the most common problems Philippine real estate teams face and the steps to resolve them directly from the iRealtee dashboard or through Meta's tools.
Token Expiration
Symptom: A yellow banner appears at the top of the Campaigns page reading "Personal account access expired".
Cause: The Facebook login token that connects iRealtee to your Meta ad account has expired. Meta tokens expire periodically for security purposes.
Resolution:
- Navigate to the Settings page (gear icon on the Campaigns page)
- Click "Reconnect Personal Assets"
- Complete the Facebook login popup and grant the requested permissions
- Your campaigns resume normal operation once the token is refreshed
Impact: Active campaigns may experience reduced data syncing until the token is refreshed. Campaigns continue to run on Meta's side, but iRealtee cannot pull updated metrics or apply changes until the connection is restored. Reconnect immediately upon seeing this banner to avoid management blind spots.
Disabled Ad Account
Symptom: A red warning appears in the Setup step or campaign row reading "Ad account is disabled".
Cause: Meta has disabled the ad account due to policy violations, suspicious activity, or accumulated billing issues.
Resolution:
- Log in to Meta Ads Manager to review the specific reason for the account restriction
- Follow Meta's instructions to request a review or resolve the issue
- If the issue cannot be resolved quickly, select a different ad account in iRealtee Settings for new campaigns
- Once the account is re-enabled, existing campaigns associated with it will resume automatically
Prevention: Maintain compliance with Meta's advertising policies, keep payment methods current, and avoid sudden large increases in daily spend that may trigger fraud detection systems.
Billing Issues
Symptom: A warning appears reading "Billing issue detected" or "No payment method" during campaign setup or on an existing campaign.
Cause: The ad account has an unpaid balance or no valid payment method configured.
Resolution:
- Navigate to Meta Ads Manager > Billing
- Add or update your payment method (credit card, debit card, or PayPal)
- Pay any outstanding balance
- Return to iRealtee and refresh the campaigns page to confirm the warning is resolved
Philippine agents commonly encounter billing issues when credit cards expire or when banks flag international transactions to Meta. Using a dedicated business credit card with international transaction capabilities and monitoring its expiration date prevents unexpected campaign interruptions.
Campaign Stuck in Publishing Status
Symptom: A campaign remains in Publishing status for more than 30 minutes after being submitted.
Cause: The campaign submission to Meta is delayed due to server load, network issues, or a temporary Meta API outage.
Resolution:
- Wait at least 30 minutes—publishing delays are usually temporary
- Click "Refresh" on the campaigns page to check for updated status
- If the campaign remains in Publishing after 30 minutes, check Meta Ads Manager to see if the campaign appears on their side
- If the campaign does not appear in Meta Ads Manager, try using the three-dot menu > Retry Publish
Error Status on a Campaign
Symptom: Campaign displays a red Error badge with an inline error message.
Cause: Meta rejected the campaign during submission or a technical error occurred. Common causes include ad content violating Meta's policies, invalid targeting parameters, or ad account restrictions.
Resolution:
- Read the inline error message on the campaign row for specific details
- Click the three-dot menu and select "Retry Publish" if the error appears to be a temporary technical issue
- If the error relates to ad content, edit the campaign to fix the flagged content, then retry
- Review your ad text, images, and videos against Meta's advertising policies—real estate ads sometimes trigger policy flags for claims about investment returns or misleading property descriptions
| Common Error Cause | Resolution |
|---|---|
| Policy-violating ad copy | Edit ad copy to remove prohibited claims (guaranteed returns, misleading pricing) |
| Rejected media content | Replace images or videos that violate Meta's ad creative guidelines |
| Invalid location targeting | Review and fix location settings in the edit drawer |
| Ad account billing issue | Resolve payment issues in Meta Ads Manager before retrying |
| Technical API failure | Wait 15 minutes and use Retry Publish |
In Review Status Taking Too Long
Symptom: A campaign has been in In Review status for more than 24 hours.
Cause: Meta's ad review process is backlogged, or the ad content requires manual review by a Meta team member (common for real estate ads with specific pricing claims or location targeting).
Resolution:
- Wait—Meta's standard review window is up to 24 hours, but it can occasionally take longer during high-demand periods
- Ensure your ad content does not contain restricted language or imagery that would trigger extended manual review
- If the campaign has been in review for more than 48 hours, check Meta's ad review status page for system-wide delays
- As a last resort, duplicate the campaign with slightly revised ad copy and submit the duplicate
Missing Assets in Settings
Symptom: No Facebook Pages, Ad Accounts, or Pixels appear in the campaign setup step.
Cause: No assets have been imported into iRealtee, or the Meta connection has expired.
Resolution:
- Navigate to Settings (gear icon on the Campaigns page or
/meta-ads/settings) - Click "Refresh Assets" to re-sync from Meta
- If assets still do not appear, disconnect and reconnect your Meta account
- For Pixels specifically: ensure you have connected your Business Portfolio—Pixels require a Business Portfolio connection and are not available through personal account connections alone
Pixel Not Appearing in Campaign Setup
Symptom: The Pixel dropdown in campaign setup shows no options, even though you have Pixels configured in Meta Business Settings.
Cause: Pixels are only available through a Business Portfolio connection. If you connected only a personal account, Pixels will not appear.
Resolution:
- Go to iRealtee Settings
- Connect your Business Portfolio using the "Connect Business Portfolio" option
- Ensure your Pixels are associated with the correct ad account in Meta Business Settings
- Click "Refresh Assets" to pull in the newly connected Pixels
Maintaining proper Meta integration through the meta-ads-integration settings page prevents most of these issues. A weekly check of connection status, asset availability, and billing health ensures campaigns run without interruption.
